1. Program and operator
CGR Job Alerts is an optional SMS program operated by CIRCLE8 GROUP, INC. under the CGR brand. Subscribers may receive recurring text messages about current employment opportunities that may match their submitted job interests, preferred locations, schedules, or work preferences.
The program is specific to CGR / CIRCLE8 GROUP, INC. It is not permission for prospective employers or other brands to send their own independent marketing messages.
2. Online consent
You may request enrollment at c8groupmo.com/job-alerts by providing the required contact and preference information, actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox, and submitting the form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Provide a mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use, and do not enroll another person without their permission.
Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase. You can browse opportunities, contact CGR, and express interest in a role without signing up for texts. Reading our policies, submitting an employer inquiry, or entering a phone number on a general contact form is not SMS consent.
The enrollment disclosure identifies CGR / CIRCLE8 GROUP, INC., recurring messages, variable frequency, potential carrier charges, and STOP and HELP instructions. We record the disclosure and your affirmative choice together with supporting submission information.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to relevant opportunities, your preferences, and program activity. We do not promise a minimum number of messages, a matching opportunity, or delivery by a particular time.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan, fees, and limitations govern any charges. CGR does not control those charges. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to a CGR Job Alerts message to opt out. END, QUIT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE are also recognized opt-out keywords. After the opt-out is processed, the number is marked as opted out and is excluded from further Job Alerts. A final message may confirm your choice.
You may also submit an unsubscribe request using the Job Alerts page or contact [email protected]. We will review other clear requests to stop messages received through our support channels. Do not include unrelated sensitive information with your request.
An opted-out or suppressed number is not automatically re-enrolled by submitting a contact or employer inquiry, or by submitting the enrollment form again. Contact CGR if you need help with a previous opt-out. Any later enrollment requires a separate valid consent process.

Support is provided by CGR / CIRCLE8 GROUP, INC. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time. A support inquiry does not grant permission to restart Job Alerts after an opt-out.
6. Mobile number changes and delivery
Let CGR know if your mobile number changes or if you no longer control the number used for enrollment. Do not continue to use another person’s number for the program.
Text delivery depends on carrier support, coverage, device availability, and other factors. Messages may be delayed, unavailable, or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text does not guarantee a job, interview, placement, or employment offer.
7. Privacy and consent records
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliate marketers for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to CGR / CIRCLE8 GROUP, INC. and is not transferred to prospective employers or other brands for independent marketing messages.
Necessary service providers may process mobile information to support requested messaging, security, and subscription management. We retain consent evidence, relevant message events, and limited opt-out records for program administration and applicable recordkeeping needs. Our Privacy Policy provides more detail.
8. Program changes and contact
We may change or end the program or update these terms as permitted by applicable law. We will provide additional notice where required. A change in terms does not, by itself, authorize unrelated messages, another sender, or the reactivation of an opted-out number.
